  1. HRM has no working solution to stop tents in D7.<\/li>\n
  2. The\u00a0Province’s image is perceived as uninterested regarding D7.<\/li>\n
  3. All levels of government are\u00a0ineffective.<\/li>\n
  4. Point Pleasant Park is a fire risk to all of Halifax Peninsula.<\/li>\n
  5. Residents are fed up.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
