If you have trouble accessing the articles, let me know.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">First is the work that Nicholas Beckett is accomplishing in establishing a funding program to aid those unable to pay their rent. The approach is one I totally advocate for and support. Such programs exist in other cities in Canada like Vancouver where Vancity bank helps to operate and fund the program. I met Nicholas while canvassing and he has been so supportive of me that I am proud of his work and our friendship. Nicholas is a law student who is compassionate, intelligent and just the person to establish such a program. We all need to support his effort to keep people in their homes so to avoid tents altogether!
