If HRM is going to become a major city, citizens need to know what the government is doing and how it is conducting business. I will push to have more meaningful input and engage with all stakeholders (citizens, businesses, etc.) to make information more accessible.

I want to focus on values, ethics and purpose.  I will bring transformational leadership by way of transparent, informed and ethical decision-making because Council can no longer be dismissive of the voices of HRM residents. Furthermore, I would continue with participatory budgeting.
